This Privacy Policy sets out how prymotrader ("we") collects, handles and secures your personal data when you use and Services. We serve as the data controller for that information.
Data collected. Names, emails, nationalities and the like alongside KYC paperwork required by regulation. We also keep: execution and account history, technical logs and support chats. For EU/UK users: performing the contract, legal duty, and legitimate interest.
How we use data. Managing your account, clearing trades, meeting regulation, fraud prevention, and securing systems, plus optional product messages carrying one-click opt-out.
Sharing. Data reaches only running vendors (custody, payment, verification), authorities on valid demand, and anonymized metrics. We never sell personal data.
Storage & safety. Data is kept for account lifetime and statutory periods (typically five-seven years for transactions). Protection: AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and ISO 27001-checked access governance.
