These Terms ( said Terms ) govern your access to the prymotrader website, apps and services the "Services") provided by prymotrader. Creating an account means accepting these Terms completely.
1. Who may join. Users need to be adults in their jurisdiction and legally able to contract. Where the platform is unlicensed or unavailable, residents are not eligible. Account accuracy and 2FA confidentiality are your duty.
2. What we provide. prymotrader runs an electronic marketplace for the assets listed on this platform. We do not give personal advice; each decision are yours. Shown quotes and data serves information only and may lag or be imprecise sometimes.
3. Risks. Trading involves serious downside and fits only accounts who can bear it. Leveraged products can send losses beyond the collateral posted. Only trade capital whose loss you you would survive.
4. Fees. Fees, spreads and funding rates sit on the Fees page and form part of these Terms. Fees may change once fairly notified.
5. Prohibited uses. Manipulation, vulnerability abuse, IP infringement and unlawful purposes are prohibited. Laundering and sanctions breaches are covered by the same prohibition.
6. Liability. To the maximum legal extent, prymotrader excludes indirect, special and consequential losses tied to your use.
7. Amendments. This agreement may be revised occasionally. Post-change use after changes means agreement. Controlling law comes from the home jurisdiction of our operating entity.
